Mike Myers has signed up for Quentin Tarantino's new movie.

The 'Love Guru' actor is set to appear alongside Brad Pitt and Eli Roth in World War II drama 'Inglorious B*****ds' as Ed Fenech, a British general behind a plot to assassinate Nazi leaders.

The film centres on a group of Jewish-American soldiers who face German armed forces in Nazi-occupied France.

'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' star Brad will portray Lieutenant Aldo Raine, while Eli will play a "baseball bat-swinging Nazi hunter".

Brad will only work weekdays in order to spend weekends with partner Angelina Jolie and their six children.

A source said: "Brad will only work Monday to Friday so that he can fly back to France at the weekend to see Angelina and the kids."

'Shaun of the Dead' star Simon Pegg, Nastassja Kinski, David Krumholtz and 'The Office' actor B.J. Novak are among the names also reportedly in negotiations to star in the film, which begins production in Germany in October.

'Austin Powers' star Mike is in need of a box office hit following the poor performance of 'The Love Guru' earlier this year.
