Zac Efron has been voted the most kissable waxwork figure at Madame Tussauds in London.

The 17 Again star nabbed 20% of the vote to beat competition from mayor Boris Johnson (15%) and Johnny Depp (14%) in a poll of 300 visitors.

"We encourage our guests to get really up close and personal with our celebrities and there is a lot of puckering up," said the museum's PR manager Liz Edwards.

"Some stars seem to get a lot more love than others though, and there are certain figures that our maintenance team are constantly removing lipstick from."

Other celebrities featured on the most kissable list included Angelina Jolie and Kate Moss, while Katie Price and Victoria Beckham were named the least kissable waxworks.

President Barack Obama was also honoured, being hailed as the celebrity without a waxwork that most people would like to kiss.
