Reese Witherspoon's Family Concerns
Reese Witherspoon has admitted she worries about the impact her work has on her family.
The Oscar-winning actress finds it somewhat difficult when she is expected to leave her two children, Ava and Deacon, while going on location to film her latest movies but can't even contemplate the thought of giving up her career.
She said; "Sometimes it's really difficult for me, being far away from home. Los Angeles is where my job is and I have to be close, but I never imagined that my children wouldn't grow up next door to my brother's children. Or that my mom and dad wouldn't constantly be around.
You know, I had dinner every night with my grandparents as a kid, so I think missing out on that is a hard compromise."
Reese also admits she works "incredibly hard" for three months and then takes some time off and makes the most of her breaks with her kids, whose father is her ex-husband and actor Ryan Phillippe.
She revealed in an interview with InStyle magazine; "I love my life without work and I love my life with work. It's about really enjoying my time off.
You consider certain things but you just have to keep going. You have to keep it together for your kids and for yourself too. I'm trying to learn from the things that happened in my life, live more in the moment and have more fun."
Meanwhile, Reese recently ended her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal.
The couple, who began dating after filming a movie together, decided to call it quits with sources claiming the break-up was amicable.
One source confessed; "There are no other people involved. The relationship just ended. It just fizzled. But they also wanted to be careful and private about it because of Reese's kids."
There had been speculation in the recent weeks that the couple parted ways, however their representatives insisted they were both still very much together.
But after spending some time apart, the pair finally came to the conclusion the romance was over.
The source told E! Online; "They needed time to figure it out and they were on different coasts. When they were finally together, they talked it out and decided they're not going to be together anymore."
